Rates

We offer one of the most affordable rates in Metro Manila and it's better than a hotel.

With all the amenities and comfort our condo can offer, you are getting the worth of your money.

 

We offer different options for your convenience. â€‹



Please note we require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation and the remaining 50% will be paid upon check in.

The security deposit will be refunded upon check out.



Daily rates for less than  7  Nights          Php 2,500/day​

 

Minimum of 3 days

 

this rate is inclusive of  condo fee, electricity, water, cable, internet, drinking water and use of most amenities.

 

                           *** Php 2,000 is required  for a security deposit which

                                                is refunduble upon check out .

 

Weekly rates  (7 nights above)                      Php 15,000/week

 

 

This rate is inclusive of  condo fee, electricity, water, cable, internet, drinking water and use of most amenities. 

                                        or

                                                                                           Php 1,850/day + Utilities



This rate is inclusive of condo fee, cable, i​nternet, 1 10L of drinking water and use of most amenities.



                              Water and Electricity will be metered based on your consumption.



                                *** Php 3,000 is required  for a security deposit which
                                                      is refunduble upon check out .

Monthly Rates                           Php 45,000/month

This rate is inclusive of  condo fee, electricity, water, cable, internet, weekly supply of 10L drinking water, and use of most amenities.

                                                                                                                      Php 40,000 + Utilities

This rate is inclusive of condo fee, cable, internet, weekly supply of 10L of drinking water and use of

most amenities.

                       Water and Electricity will be metered based on your consumption.
